Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, anticipate conflicts, and prioritize appointments across time zones.

  • Communication & Gatekeeping: Screen calls, emails, and visitors; draft correspondence; manage information flow; act as a professional buffer.

  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries; manage last-minute changes.

  • Meeting & Event Support: Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials; take minutes, track action items; coordinate logistics for meetings/events.

  • Document & Presentation Prep: Draft, edit, and format reports, memos, presentations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Information & Records Management: Maintain filing systems, manage databases, safeguard sensitive information, ensure data accuracy.

  • Financial Support: Process expense reports, manage invoices, handle basic bookkeeping.

  • Project Support: Assist with special projects, conduct research, and provide data for decision-making.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
